I have a mixed telephony environment (i.e. Avaya, Alcatel, Cisco, Siemens and Nortel), some of which are legacy as well as international presence. The architectures are migrating from a spoke-and-hub distribution. What monitoring platform(s) would you recommend, that could also handle multiple switches, PBXs and incorporate such applications as voicemail, ACD, IVR, reporting, CTI? Is there a provider or an out-of-the-box solution that can fit our network's needs?

In my opinion, this is a great opportunity for an application. There are some initiatives in the open source area related to this matter.
