While exploring VoiceCon Orlando 2008, SearchUnifiedCommunications.com asked NEC Product Line Manager Ed Ashley to demonstrate NEC's fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) product.

Ashley said this is NEC's first FMC product. The vendor showcased this technology along with its new unified communications clients for enterprises and small and medium businesses at its booth.

This application can be installed on BlackBerrys and on HTC devices. When installed, the appilcation takes over the native operation of the phone.
