ITU-T H.324 describes a terminal for low bit-rate multimedia communication. Some of the multimedia communications possible using H.324 are audio, video, and ITU-T T.120 applications. ITU-T H.324 terminals have been considered for communication over analog PSTN lines or over the 3G network.
I don't know if any vulnerability in the H.324 protocol itself, however, T.120 supports whiteboard conferences and the sharing of programs and files. Some modes of application sharing can allow the other users full access to the PC and from there they can pretty much do anything they want.
