A wireless network is just another medium for carrying traffic. For the home you can use one of those models I mentioned in the previous paragraph. Note that you have to have an Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) that the wireless IP phone registers with or a small IP to PSTN gateway at home to make calls. If you're talking for an enterprise environment, they you would want to look into a wireless network such as those from Aruba Networks or Meru Networks.
