Note that you have to have an Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) that the wireless IP phone registers with or a small IP to PSTN gateway at home to make calls. If you're talking for an enterprise environment, they you would want to look into a wireless network such as those from Aruba Networks or Meru Networks.
