A hosted voice service is ideal for an organization that has multiple sites and a disparate workforce. It is best suited to companies who want to outsource, those who want to use utility pricing and are open-orientated and those that have limited IPT skills within the workforce.

Some organizations will not need a hosted voice service. Such companies will be those which have Capex to spend now, few or single sites and IPT skills in-house. Other organizations unlikely to use hosted services are those that want to monitor and control their voice services.
