We want to terminate international mobile traffic via VoIP. Can I do it with this setup?

We want to terminate international mobile traffic via VoIP. Our setup is:
Internet-->router/switch-->Quintum Tenor D3000 --> Ericsson MD110 --> Nokia 22 --> GSM.

I will also have a Quintum Tenor A800 connected to router/switch. I would like to find our best router/switch for this type of setup.

From the information given I'm not exactly sure which interfaces are going to connect to the router/switch. Many people use the Quintum gateway at both ends of a connection so they can automatically switch from IP to PSTN in case the quality of the IP link degrades. If this is how you are configured, then you're likely going to need a router/switch that supports PCM interfaces and analog FXO interfaces.
