The cost of deployment is the main reason for opting for a hosted solution

The risks of deploying a hosted solution are much less than a DIY installation. Decide whether you have the skills in-house to design, build and manage this new disruptive technology. Enterprise Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) installations are ok for small networks where you want control of the kit and have capital to invest.

Hosted IP Centrex or managed CPE solutions are best when the network is large and the work force is disparate and when capital funding is limited.
