Do you know if Global Touch Telecom is a good platform as a VoIP provider? We are considering using them as the tech partner to bring our VoIP service to the consumer.
I generally prefer not to make company specific recommendations. They should however be able to provide you with usage statistics, mean time to repair, uptime, etc. I would suggest checking this against other vendors you may be considering prior to making your decisions.
