How do I know which user is making VoIP calls on which virtual LAN?

I am currently using Cisco Catalyst 3650 switches at the edge and 6500 at the core, and without a distribution layer. I have one virtual LAN for each client in my infrastructure, which is multi-tenant. How do I know which user is making VoIP calls on which virtual LAN?
The best solution is to purchase a billing system for your VoIP gear, or check out the reporting features on your IP PBX. The call logs may be available on them, which would provide you with the addresses that originated the calls.
